Payment
We accept PayPal and credit card payment through PayPal from all buyers. If you are a Malaysian buyer and wish to pay in RM (eg: via local bank transfer), kindly contact us. We'll be in touch with our bank account details to complete the transaction.

Shipping
* Kindly take note that we are not able to ship to Israel at this moment, as the local Post Office doesn't offer this service. We will keep you updated when the service is available.

All local (Malaysia) orders will be shipped via PosLaju or Pos Ekspress.
All orders will be shipped within 3 working days (except for made-to-order items) once payment received, unless specified. Payment via PayPal eCheck will take additional days to clear. Estimated delivery time frame is subject to custom clearance and transport conditions.
All made-to-order items will be shipped within 10 working days, unless specified.
For all made-to-order items, in the event that we make any mistake during the process (well, we are human too), we will notify you with photo of the mistake prior to shipping out your order, and will include a discount (which will be refunded to your PayPal account) should you agree to accept the completed item. If you prefer to have it re-do (normally has to be with another piece of banner as there will be stitch holes left behind), we'll be glad to work together with you on that. Take note that this will take another 2-3 days to complete the new sleeve case, depending on how often we communicate.
Kindly note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may be incurred, as it is not possible to ascertain the additional charge for different country.
Loss and damages during shipping will be discussed on case-by-case basis. In all cases, shipping fee will NOT be refunded. Feel free to contact us should you have any question. We are always open for discussions to have win-win situations for all parties. :)
Kindly double check your shipping address filed on Etsy and PayPal to make sure they are the same. In the event that we notice different shipping addresses on both Etsy and PayPal receipt, we will first contact you to confirm the address to ship to. We will wait for a maximum of 3 working days for your reply and confirmation. If no response given, we will ship to the shipping address you filed on PayPal.
Please take note that under normal circumstances, courier company (for Express Shipping) or your local post office (for Registered Air Mail) will leave you a notice if you are not at home during delivery.
For Express Shipping: Courier company will have 3 delivery attempts before they return the package to us.
For International Registered Air Mail: You may then pick up the parcel at your local post office, normally within 30 days. If no one claim or pick up the parcel within that period of time, the parcel will be sent back to us.
In the event where packages are not claimed and returned to us, buyer may request for re-shipping (buyer to pay shipping) or refund (with 10% restocking fee - 10% of original item price).
To help you save on shipping, we constantly look for ways to reuse packaging materials, and/or pack our items with used/re-usable materials, and as little as possible. We do not normally bubble-wrap our items since none of them is fragile/breakable. However, if for any reason you prefer us to bubble-wrap your order, kindly let us know in 'Message to Seller' during checkout. Nevertheless, we will make sure all items are well-packed before shipping.
As part of our effort to reduce paper usage, hard copy of invoice will not be included in your package. Should you need to have a copy, feel free to let us know in 'Message to Seller' during checkout, or print one from your Etsy purchases or PayPal receipt.

While we try our best to take accurate photos of all our items, kindly keep in mind that colours will vary from one monitor to another.
