The prototype is all set – tested and amended, and tested again and amended again, and… well, you get the idea.
Now it’s time to make more and work on photo shooting. Yay! :D

This week has been pretty awesome for us. I finally tendered my resignation letter, after all the hesitation and all. True enough it was a relief. Not that I didn’t like my day job, it’s just that with our little business over here, I couldn’t really focus on what I was doing and I felt really bad for that. So I decided to end my apparently-already-very-short-lived day job and back to do what I love most. It’s a little earlier than scheduled, but oh well. Some time in the middle of the week when I was at work, I received a surprise from a convo on Etsy. It was an invitation for a possible nation-wide media exposure, which I have totally no idea how it got to us! Both of us couldn’t stop smiling since the day! LOL! We submitted all requested info on the evening itself, now fingers crossed. It should be on a weekend. I’ll share it once I found out when. :) So with all the busy schedule, we’ve finally listed something on Etsy. Eco Recycled Billboard Banner Bifold No. 13. Available here on our Etsy shop.
So it’s another Monday, in another 2 hours. Been living like a crazy woman for the past 2-3 weeks. Slept an average of 6-7 hours per day, most of the time lesser. Haven’t got my dose of 30-minute-afternoon-nap for a while. For some reason I find myself not so productive for the past 2-3 weeks. I just can’t concentrate, both at my day job and at our little business. Sales at our little business were picking up really well for a while, and then stopped for a while. But things are certainly moving. We’ve got 2 custom orders – completed one, another one still on the look, and we have 2 new product lines coming up. Oh and we’ve placed our order on 1000 Ideas for Creative Reuse, the book featuring our products. Yes we did get contributor’s discount but hell the shipping was like USD$20! >.< I was checking on Amazon the first few days it was released in the U.S and someone left a 5-star feedback. Can’t wait to get our copy! :D And by the way, I’ve finally made the move the other day. Finally stepped out and made a decision at my day job. I like the job and the people but I can’t be separated into two – although I’m Geminian. And I can’t lie to myself that I really hate Mondays… and weekdays. And pressure. And not being able to work at my own pace. And… OK I will just admit that I was never an office animal. Never. Oh well. Here is a new product line that we’ve been working on. All will be listed at our Etsy shop and on our Facebook Fan Page.
We were extremely busy over the weekend. Plenty of work to catch up plus a wedding to attend on Sunday – held in another town which took us approximately 2 hours traveling over. We did, however, work out a few pieces of the new bifold wallet for a custom order. More in progress. P/S: Had another long day at work today. Year end is killing me…
