So as Wah is away, I’ve started my day taking a lot of rest. It’s been raining for 3 days at our place now, and although the weather is just perfect for sleep in, it’s just getting too cold at times and the flu bug seems to be noticing that as well. So to fight it away, I’m drinking more water and of course, taking even more rest. Sweet. :)
Also managed to slot in some baking time with niece in between. It’s so much fun when someone is tagging along, especially when she was so curious and asking a lot of questions that I don’t exactly know how to answer. Teehee!
In the meantime, some petite sleeve cases for the 11-inch MacBook Air are already hitting our Etsy shop. I’ll be adding more slowly, and of course, even more when we are back from our short break.
OK not we. It was actually our sleeve for MacBook Pro 15″. Remember when we were waiting patiently for the FedEx guy to come pick up a package in October 2010? That was for this. It was aired during Thanksgiving and then later when it was near to Christmas.
Here is an edited (shortened, and Wah added a link, LOL) version of the show from the DVD we got from HGTV. Thanks for the opportunity! :)
We’ve decided to bring along these four sleeve cases (2 for MacBook 13″ and 2 for MacBook Pro 15″) as the RM99 specials during Art for Grabs. They will be on first-come-first-served basis.
I like the red ones best – although the blues do stand out very cool in the crowd. How about you? ;)
I basically have no weekends. My weekends are like weekdays. If you look at it from the bright side, everyday is like a weekend. How sweet! Except that in my case, everyday is like a weekday.
And for some reason, I just have to re-shoot photos on weekends. It happened when I was just sitting there thinking which part in our business that I need to work on/tweak and the next thing I knew, I was already ironing that huge piece of background cloth with my camera aside.
I ended up changing all of the first photos of our MacBook and MacBook Pro sleeves to something with white/grey background again. I’m sorry, I just can’t stand looking at them with ‘other colours’. It’s just so not-us. I guess at this point you can say that I’m pretty obsessed with the ‘clean’ look. Funny though my work space has never been ‘clean’. Bah!
I was way too tired after shooting all (nearly 50) of them, and decided to shoot the 2nd and 3rd photo for the others tomorrow. Well actually, if I could, I’ll shoot now, but it’s already night time, and I’m really, really, really very tired. So I’ll have to wait.
