Do You Want the Job?

I woke up early in the morning with my creative mode turned on so I thought I would just complete some of the little business project that I’ve left out for a while. Suddenly I remembered a printing company that I contacted some time last week for a quotation for something at work. I was told that the person in charge wasn’t around, and that they will call me back soon.

It’s been almost half a week so I thought maybe I should call them back for a little reminder. So I did. A lady answered the phone.

Me: “Hello. I called some time last week to have a quotation but was told that the person in charge wasn’t around. A lady said she’ll pass the message and will get them to call me back but I haven’t received any call…”

Lady: “Oh issit? When did you call?”

Me: “I think it was Wednesday or Thursday…”

Lady: “It wasn’t me. I think they’ve probably forgot to jot down.”

Me: “OK nevermind. So who should I talk to?”

Lady: “You can talk to me.”

Me: “Oh ok. So does your company supply product xxx?”

Lady: “xxx ah… Yes.”

Me: “OK. Can you provide me with a quotation on this product, with abc material, quantity around 10,000 units…”

Lady: “I can’t quote you without the size you know.”

Me: “That’s why I was waiting for someone to call back so that I can give the info. And by the way, I’ve sent an email to your company and it bounced back several times.”

Lady: “OK…”

Me: “Anyway, the size is 123 x 123 x 123. In cm.”

Lady: “Eh I can’t quote you without knowing how many colours you need you see.”

Me: “I haven’t finished talking, miss. I need only printing with black wordings.”

Lady: “But hor, without seeing the real artwork, I can’t quote you lar…”

Me: “Miss. This is not the first time I’m doing this. I’ve been doing this for years and I have no problem to get an accurate quote with the information that I’m giving you. Do you want to listen to all the details?”

Lady: “OK…”

So I continued to give her all the info that I had in hand and she promised to call me back with a quotation. Pretty regret that I called them again when they didn’t call back. I thought everyone should be given a second chance but I guess I was wrong again. :/

And About the New Service…

So as I mentioned, with our latest product line, we are having a new service too. With us, it’s all about unique, it’s all about yelling out your own personality. So what would be better than having your own exclusively commissioned T-shirts?

That’s right. We are accepting commissioned T-shirt design and printing. You can choose to provide us with your own design, or have us to design for you (fee may apply). The most important part is, you are going to have, perhaps, the only T-shirt in the world. You may, of course, also commission a couple T-shirt to celebrate your love with your loved ones. You name the quantity, and we’ll print it – of course, all hand-printed.

To start off, here is a chart for your reference on pricing. Tips: it’s always the more you order, the cheaper the price per piece will go.

So for instance, if the image that you want us to print for you is going to be like our first member of the Pooch Series, the ‘Kiss Me!’ t-shirt, with only red colour, that would be considered as a one-colour printing, and hence the one-time set up cost will be RM 60. And let’s say you would like to order 2 pieces of t-shirts with that printing, hence it will work out into RM 60 + RM 20 + RM 20 = RM100. Meaning, RM 50 per piece in this case (RM100 / 2 pieces). Get what I mean? :)

It’s OK if you can’t grab the idea clearly now. You can always drop us an email and we’ll explain to you and workout something for both parties.

That’s about it in the meantime. Now go think about how you want to customise the design of your exclusive T-shirt! ;)
