Pet Project: huey&wah @ Etsy

For some reason I’ve been fascinated by the look of these lamp posts for quite some time now. The way they posed, stretched out, and stood still. I know they are not living creatures but yet they do look like some emotional expressions to me. A form of busyness, strength, and loneliness.

Well, on Xiao Bi, that is. I wanted to take a photo of the poop but it didn’t turn out clear. Ended up having several photos of them in action. Always love the movement!
At the same time, things aren’t working as good as we thought it would be lately. It does feel like having a bird poop on your head. LOL! Now that we’ve cleaned Xiao Bi, I hope ours are cleaned too. :)
After several VERY TIRING photo shooting sessions last week, I got kinda pissed off and bored by the fact that we can’t always get the total white background together with the angle that I want. So after some thought, I decided to have another photo shooting session with something new. Well I quite like the whole feel and that I don’t really need to move a lot of things around for this, but not too sure if it’s what I want yet. Thoughts? Anyway, time to re-shoot all photos for that consistent look that I’m so obsessed of.
P/S: Oh and if I haven’t mentioned (which I believe I haven’t), we’ve set up a section on our Etsy shop, in-conjunction with Etsy’s site wide promotion, Christmas in July. We haven’t decided yet but most likely it will last until 25 July 2010. Go check it out now! :)

No I’m not that kind of girl who carries her camera everywhere. So this evening was rare for me, the dogs, and the neighbours.

Photo taken by Wah, and edited by me using a new found app, TiltShift Generator. Still a lot more to explore!
