Pooch Loves: Great Finds from Malaysia.

The Etsy Malaysia Local Team was initially started by me and Kelly from kiiss some time last year. Both of us have since been carried away by life and work and have not been able to keep up with the Team. While Kelly is still busy with her life (I’m sorry babe! But I hope you enjoy it! ;)), I have finally got myself the time to reorganise and work for the Team.

Yes Etsy is an online marketplace, originated from the U.S. Many sellers and buyers are from the country too. But little do we know, there are actually quite a number of talented artists, designers, and crafters from Malaysia on Etsy. You can do a quick search by keying in ‘team etsymalaysia’ on Etsy.

And with me not in a oh-so-good-mood today, I hope the following finds from a few Malaysian Etsians will make my day better. :)

Across The Watering Hole – Bird Bowl by inkypots.

Yummy Macaron Hair Clip for Blythe by TheStrawberryGirl.

Old School Tattoo in 3D Custom Name Heart Necklace w/ Chain Classic Retro Charm Love Red Gold Banner dustteam by dustofenchantment.

Flowered pencil case by Liyana.

Felt Blueberry Cake Playfood by JainaBee.

Bag Charm – Midnight Bloom by jacemakes.

A Proud EcoEtsy Member!

About a week back we’ve finally decided to join  a team on Etsy. A team that I’ve always wanted to join, mainly because of what they do. They are a group of Etsy sellers dedicated to reducing, reusing, and recycling. It doesn’t always have to be the product itself, but packaging means a lot too. That makes a lot of sense to us. I’ve always had the tendency of using a lot of packing materials (like used craft papers, bubble mailer, etc.) mainly because we always ship to overseas, like U.S or the European countries, and I always try to pack more – I mean, it’s a long way to go, so just in case. :D

I’m hoping that I can learn some tips and tricks on reducing, reusing, and recycling packaging materials and other areas from the members. If possible, I’d like to contribute a bit here and there too. :) Check out the Eco Etsy Street Team Blog here and check out the new badge on my sidebar. :)

On the side note, me and a few other Malaysian Etsians are also thinking of starting our own local team. Everything is still in progress but hopefully we can get it up soon. :)
