Wannabe.

Is it just me or the new collar is making Coco looking like the lead singer of a steampunk-rock band? Or at least the guitarist.

Evidence.

We have concluded that she acts merely on her instincts. I personally think that since her head is so small it’s possible that there is close to no brain tissue in it – which also explains why no matter how hard we try teaching her to give her paw, she just won’t get it. And all these while one of her instincts has only been telling her to Eat this! Chew that! And OH DON’T FORGET YOUR POO!

The Dogs.

It’s almost a tradition that whenever Wah is away, the dogs will turn into bullies during their evening walks and I’ll become the victim. This time around, however, I’ve only had minor issues so far *touch wood*. So it’s either I have slowly grown into their pack leader, or they have grown old enough to understand the term RESPECT.

Things Just Keep Getting Better. :)

Except for the dogs, of course.

When things are starting to move in directions that we’ve never thought of or tried before – in a good way, I mean – the dogs are as crazy as ever. One day I found myself stopping Xiao Bi from chewing on some crushed eggshells that I put in some pots, when Coco started throwing the cover of a container into the air on the other side of the yard. And then when I ran over to stop her, Xiao Bi went back chewing on those eggshells again. And then… oh you get the idea.

Photos here showing Xiao Bi chomping on her favourite wheatgrass, and Coco abusing an old and poor water ball.

This Dog is a Killer.

And probably with the help from her partner in crime, in which we will never know.

It was the middle of the night and I was about to sleep, when suddenly I heard some jumping and whining. I’m sure the whining was from Coco but not too sure about the jumping. So I looked out from the window and saw Xiao Bi lying there with her I’m-not-impressed expression. Coco was walking towards her and settled beside.

Everything looked normal, except that Coco was settling down and there were stains of water splashing around. I thought she must have made a mess when everyone else was resting.

So I decided to check out the mess only to find out that this mess was bigger that I thought. There was a HUGE animal carcass in the middle of the road! No blood, only stains of water. And that’s when Xiao Bi stood up and went sniffing that poor thing and was all dude what’s this?

I thought it was a rat and asked Wah to check it out. He got a little excited and actually said something like oh wow our dog is awesome!

Except that he came in 5 minutes later a little disappointed and said, “That was a frog.”

Since there was no blood and all, I’m sure Coco was just trying to play with the frog, without realising that FROGS DON’T PLAY SO BRUTALLY.
