I was just tweeting earlier this morning that I wanted to take some rest today because I couldn’t feel my brain. Two hours later, I went all excited about the idea of cutting that piece of banner someone passed to us several days ago, and two upcoming collaboration work.
Feel free to tell anyone that you know a crazy workaholic on the internet.
P/S: And this hand-stamp thingy, urgh! I can’t get enough of it! We recently customised a Word Find t-shirt as a birthday present for the husband of a customer, and I’m totally, I mean, TOTALLY in love with her idea. I don’t want to post about it yet as the birthday is still a few weeks from now. But she got me really excited about all the possibilities! And honestly, I’m pretty proud of myself for carving this set of alphabets!

What else could you do, since you love your craft so much? Lucky us! :D
I do want to do more things, like spend more time with the dogs, walk on the beach (haven’t done that for a while!), hike up Penang Hill, things like that. But all I have in my brain is WORK.
Maybe what I really want is to have 48 hours a day and endless energy. Not bad. :P
I am the same like you, I planned to take it easy for the day and ended up working lol. I get restless when I’m not doing things too, we’re workaholics!!
Arrgghhh that’s really painful, right? It’s like the body wanted to rest but the mind went all HIGH!
Tell you what, take out a big calender and MAKE time to do all those things. Plan a day to relax and do the things you want to. Be disciplined about it. Even if work is on the brain while you’re out ‘playing’, at least you’ll be able to approach it with a fresh perspective when you’re all recharged.
I really, really think you should give this a go. ;)
Haha I also agree that I should try this. I’ll have to start looking for people who wanna do these with me first, then make a date. Can’t believe one even need discipline to have FUN! LOL!
Aiyah, you don’t necessarily have to wait for people. Going out for a romp on your own can be quite fun too! Bring your camera along so you can make your friends-who-couldn’t-make-it jealous by showing them photos later.
Haha true Michelle. I used to be very happy going out on my own. I think I’ve slowly changed ever since it became not so safe for us girls to be out alone. But I like the idea. :D
