For a few weeks, I haven’t been feeling very good. Not sick, just not the tip-top condition that I’d love to be at.
Some time last week my dad went through a expensive detoxing programme. I’m not sure how he felt but I’m super interested to get myself cleaned. For over a month I’ve been eating and eating and eating all sorts of food and that certainly didn’t make me feel very good. After some googling around, I decided to settle with a simple yet yummy 1 or 2 days diet. Well, it’s better to have at least 2 days but I know myself very well that I MAY NOT be able to hold for 2 days. Hehe.
And Was is interested to join too. So today, and perhaps tomorrow too, we’re on our very own detoxing programme.
And the recipe?
Simple. Apples and water throughout the day. As for dinner, brown rice, grilled salmon and steamed vege with a little healthy dressing if you’d like to. Easy enough huh?
So as of now, detoxing still in progress. :)
