Buka Puasa! :)

Ever since I lived in KL during my college days, I’ve been a big fan of the night market and Ramadan Market. They always have those superbly yummy food that you might just so easily over-buy and end up not being able to finish all.

Some time last week me and darl went to the Ramadan Market at Tanjung Tokong and got ourselves a really good dinner. Ayam percik, kebab, and soup. All yummy. This evening, my aunt a.k.a Mimi came from Sg Petani and me and her went to the market with my little niece. FYI Mimi is a HUGE fan of Malay food. :D

We parked our car at the village side and walked to the market from there.

This is one of the stalls selling ais kacang that I used to like. They serve really big portion with lots of peanuts!

The kebab that we had. Melati Kebab if I’m not mistaken. I like it. :)

The stall with ayam percik near the traffic light. I wanted to focus on the stall but with one hand holding packets of food, I just lost focus. >.<

And the uncle beside the stall saw me taking photos and insisted I should take a photo of him wearing that… @.@

Some dishes that Mimi picked up. Squid and petai with prawns.

And my little niece was so tired when we were picking up our last few dishes. :)

Deep Romance.

I’ve really been lazying around lately. Haven’t been able to get myself to do some serious work. Have been concentrating too much on eating nice food, finding the best recipe, and rehabilitating Xiao Bi!

I did manage to get myself up for a few jewelry. Some turned out very nice and I’m still considering making them a pendant or a ring. This one in particular, is one of my favourites. I’ve made it into a ring and named it Deep Romance. :) The colour is so rich that I feel like ‘eating’ it. lol.

I wouldn’t say it’s totally, but partially I was inspired into doing this when I saw Xiao Bi with her bf, Bobby. They now date EVERY evening for an hour or so. Once Bobby couldn’t join us for the walk and she got so depressed that she released her frustration on me by dragging me to a bush of cactus… So much so for rehabilitation… :/
