Productive Sickness.

Yesterday I was really sick that I slept several hours in the afternoon. I woke up better then and started to work – I really did. I cleared the drain in my garden and got bitten by the evil mosquitoes, and then I started playing around with WordPress.

I have been thinking of getting plugin that will show a nice ‘Updated’ icon beside the links in my blogroll automatically, when the blogs are being updated by the owner. I am not sure if I sound stupid or what but I just thought it would be nice to have this. Although yes la I can do it manually but hey I don’t check all the blogs on daily basis. :D

So I was googling around and then I found this plugin in the WordPress Plugin Directory. QuickShop. It allows users to have shopping cart in their blogs! How cool! I never really thought of this but immediately I wanted this in My Dog Diary. So without reading much (hey I was sick…) I downloaded and installed the plugin. Did it work? Nope. @.@

So I forced myself to be a good girl and read the documentation. OK apparently I need to install Secure and Accessible PHP Contact Form v.2.0WP first, and then edit the code inside. @.@ OK… downloaded, installed, heck it was still not working! @.@

To cut it short, for the following 2-3 hours, all I did was deactivating the plugins, activating the plugins, uninstalling the plugins, and reinstalling the plugins. I was very sure that I’ve followed the instructions and those were the correct locations that I need to change the code. No luck no luck!!! @.@

And then at 1 A.M (yeah 1 A.M for a sick fella!) I suddenly crawled to my Widgets and this is where I found out that instead of putting the QuickShop widget, I have placed the QuickShop PayPal widget. So that was why it couldn’t integrate with my contact form!!!!! @.@

So anyway. Go to My Dog Diary if you have time. You’ll see the nicely done *ahem* shopping cart there. :D I’ll be fine-tuning it hopefully within these few days – I am still sick today. @.@

And then at the end of the day, I still haven’t found the plugin to show the ‘Updated’ icon for my blogroll. @.@ Anyone has any, please please drop me a note. :D

Get A Recycled Banner Shopping Tote!

As part of my business, I’ve always wondered what people normally do with those unwanted or used PVC banner. Much wondering leads to this. We have come out with our very own Recycled Banner Shopping Tote.

We collect unwanted banners from companies, clean them, and precisely design and cut them into pieces that made up this shopping tote. All the totes come with full cotton lining to help protect the precious items that you may shop.

Priced at RM15 per piece (excluding shipping and handling). As for this batch, we have this tote in green, pink, and black, as shown. Drop us an email if you would like to have more photos of a particular colour.

Banner Bag.

Note: Each and every one of these shopping totes is unique. There is no 2nd same piece. Although we have pre-cleaned the banner, there might still be ‘light’ smell. Place the bag at open place for a day or two to allow the smell to dismiss. Colour may vary from one monitor to another.

Note too: This page is only temporary until our official site is up – very soon!

Another note too: As part of the recycling project, we constantly need used/unwanted banners. If you have any that would like us to turn them into beautiful totes/bags, drop me an email too.

Green.

Pink.

Black.

P/S: This was previously another page of this blog. I’ve just relocated it. :)
