As written in my previous post, Xiao Bi lost her favourite ball to one of our neighbours dogs. After several attempts to steal it back, I finally gave up and went shopping for a similar one for her. @.@
I happened to go back to the place I bought her last ball and found a similar one. It’s the last one there so I grabbed it. She seems to like it. :D
That’s her under the rain.

So as I mentioned earlier, this blog will be linked to our new home and personal accessories business, I have something to share here. A Recycled Banner Shopping Tote, with full cotton lining. We collect used banner, design and cut them into pieces, and send to local craftsman to sew it. I’ve always wondered what people do with all the advertising materials that they don’t need anymore. After doing some research and experiments, we’ve came out with this. Selling at RM15 each. Let me know what you think if you care. :)

interesting idea with the banners… instead of throwing they’ll be of better use huh.. hmm.. I like the idea.. planning on going large? cheers
Aodian: We wish la. We have actually tested quite a number of patterns and designs. Just taking one step at a time now. :)
This is a creative idea. I’ve heard of similar (individual) efforts in Indonesia using tetrapaks (i.e. your normal milk/ orange juice cartons) and turning that into pencil holders/ pencil boxes etc. for kids
mh: Oh? Turning tetrapaks into pencil holders/boxes huh. Interesting…
