With my current hectic schedule, I still managed to squeeze out a little time to watch a movie with DARL – so proud of myself. Hehe.Anyway, I opted to watch National Treasure: Book of Secrets. The only reason I had was, I was under pressure and I wanted to watch a movie with no one dies. :D Since National Treasure in 2004 had no one died in the movie, so I was pretty sure that no one will die in this 2007 sequel. :)
The movie was somehow ‘exciting’ and I found myself grabbing DARL’s hand very often. But I did find it weird when Benjamin Franklin Gates and the others could travel around states and even countries in a rather fast pace – like in one day, and with all the high-tech equipments they needed?! OK I might be wrong but that was the impression I had.
Mitch was a sad case. Well for me it’s kinda hard to believe that he just wanted to leave his name in the history. But then again, the whole story has been about the Gates trying to clean the name of their ancestor. So, yeah, it probably make sense in the movie. :)
I guess it’s quite an entertaining movie after all. At least I don’t feel so stress watching it. :D
